Prenatal Pilates for the First Trimester

Pilates is a safe and effective form of exercise through all stages of our life including pregnancy. I found Pilates hugely empowering during my first pregnancy and an excellent way to prepare mind and body for the marathon that is parenthood. The first trimester is the ideal time to invest in learning how exercises can be adapted and establishing good habits for the months to come.
