What is The Wellness Plan?

The nature of The Wellness Plan is to meet you where you are and work in the direction of your dreams. The plan will provide you with the tools for effortless continuous success, by inspiring a real and lasting change to lifestyle choices. The whole plan is based upon a simple principle of building healthy habits, which form small steps in meeting your targets but more importantly living your dreams and feeling good in the process.


 

About The Plan

The Wellness Plan is my answer to what I consider to be a modern-day problem of information overload which leads to a confused education and lack of confidence. Coupled with an incredibly fast and at times stressful way of life. For years I have wondered how I can provide a system that provides long term benefit that sees real and lasting change for my clients. As such The Wellness Plan was born to inform and educate, giving the tools to find compassion for oneself and therefore the ability to navigate the bumps in the road. The 16 week programme is a stepping stone process to a myriad of better choices whilst focusing on support, consistency and accountability

 

What’s Covered?

The Wellness Plan is carefully designed to value the interweaving elements that combine to create our overall health and wellbeing. The programme methodically assesses and unpacks the five pillars of health: Nutrition, Movement, Stress, Sleep and Daily Rituals. Each pillar is dedicated to enriching that one part of life and therefore making the other areas more achievable. The plan is deliberately aimed to support every step of your journey, making the process not only achievable but enjoyable too. After initial assessment, each pillar comprises of it’s own agenda, supporting resources and 1:1 consultations for individual coaching

Private Consultations

Throughout the Wellness Plan you are supported with bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions. These coaching sessions are there to support you on your journey and provide you with the individual care and assistance you need to achieve your personal goals. For me as your coach it is an opportunity to go above and beyond to provide the individual support you need, from motivation to education

Food Choices

We monitor nutrition for the duration of The Wellness Plan making small, long term adjustments is key to your success. The food choices module establishes healthy habits that work for you. It is not a diet! The focus is to firstly make educated decisions and then gently start to adjust nutritional intake to support your system, reduce cravings and increase energy

Movement

Exercise is key to feeling fit and a huge asset to everybody’s wellbeing. The movement module is about establishing an enjoyable exercise programme that works for you as an individual. My belief is that exercise enhances the best versions of ourselves but for that we need to first discover which exercise compliments each individual constitution. We explore the intrinsic link between each module with movement

Stress

Stress is very often the root cause of many decisions, within the stress section we work through several mindfulness practices that can help settle the physical, emotional, and psychic reactions to stress. The module teaches self-care techniques as well as encouraging you to discover your own. The aim of the module is to devise a self-care routine that reduces stress in the present and future

Sleep

The thing I am asked most frequently as a health coach is, ‘how can I feel more energised?’ Within this section we cover the importance of sleep, the consequences of poor-quality sleep in terms of nutritional choices, stress and movement. And, finally how to improve sleep quality. My question is how can we expect ourselves to perform and make optimum health choices if exhausted?

Daily Rituals

Daily rituals are the practices you hold day in day out, they are the subconscious and conscious routines that underpin your day. This cycle aims to implement the strategies learnt throughout the past four modules and seamlessly brings it together in an effortless and sustainable manner. This section will encourage you to step beyond your initial goals and targets and making it an everyday reality
