About My Pilates Classes

Olistica Pilates is the home of holistic movement in the heart of Baldock. We provide small, friendly and enthusiastically taught Pilates classes for all abilities and levels of fitness in a peaceful studio space. Classes are small to allow for each session to be designed specifically for the needs of those attending.

Weekly Schedule

Monday

9.15am Intermediate Pilates, Belle and Bee, Baldock

10.30am Beginners Pilates, Belle and Bee, Baldock

Tuesday

6pm Mixed Level Pilates, Belle and Bee, Baldock

7.15pm Mixed Level Pilates, Belle and Bee Baldock

Friday

9.15am Mixed Level Pilates, Belle and Bee, Baldock

10.30am Mixed Level Pilates, Belle and Bee Baldock

Our Pilates classes run alongside the school terms. We provide a reduced class schedule during the summer holidays.

If you are unable to attend your usual prebooked class, you have the option to use a class credit to attend another class.

Advanced booking is essential please contact Sophia to enquire about class availability and booking. If you have any current injuries or are pre or post-natal, please get in touch to discuss your needs prior to booking, it may be more beneficial to start Pilates with an initial private session.
