Prenatal Pilates Flow

I have loved practicing Pilates throughout both of my pregnancies, for me it has been one of the best times to understand the true power of Pilates and physical fitness. Beyond maintaining strength and mobility it has given me peace of mind and confidence in my body as well as some much-needed time for myself.
