Pilates for the First and Second Trimester

Pilates has been and continues to be incredibly empowering and for me pregnancy has been another time in my life where I have been able to experience the full benefit of this amazing mind body exercise. Today I will be taking you through a short sequence suitable at anytime but specifically during the first and second trimester. I hope you enjoy it.
